Tri Valley Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, driven Med Spa Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth, and elevate the patient experience within our expanding med spa. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about aesthetics, performance, and delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Compensation includes a $100,000 base salary plus commission and performance incentives, with total earning potential up to $250,000. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Key responsibilities include overseeing med spa operations, managing staff, optimizing scheduling and revenue, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. A bachelor’s degree and prior management experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or dermatology are preferred.
