Tri Valley Plastic Surgery is seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting both the Med Spa and Surgical Practice. You will play a key role in patient experience, clinic flow, and provider support, while also contributing to treatment services and retail growth.
Compensation is $25 dollars an hour. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Key responsibilities include providing front desk support by greeting patients, managing scheduling, handling calls, and ensuring smooth daily operations while promoting services and products. Assist with med spa treatments, patient education, and maintaining treatment flow. Support clinical staff during procedures, prepare rooms, maintain a clean and organized environment, and complete basic clinical, administrative, and inventory tasks as needed.
