Coolsculpting Back of Legs...?

Applicator options vary depending on the contour of the fat/tissue, and your provider will select the best option based on your area. It is always best to come in for a consultation so that the area can be assessed and the best treatment plan can be customized to your needs. Indentations can occur if placement/choice of the applicator is not ideal, so it is recommended that you are evaluated in person to determine if you are a candidate for treatment.

Clinical Context

Fat on the back of the legs isn't uniform. Near where the glute meets the thigh, there's often a distinct roll (sometimes called a banana roll), while fullness lower down sits over a flatter area. Because CoolSculpting applicators cup and pull tissue differently, the applicator that works well for one zone may not suit the other. Using the wrong size or shape can leave an uneven transition between treated and untreated areas, which is why an in-person assessment of your specific contour matters before choosing a treatment plan.
