350MP Plus Right Size to Become a Small D?
Whether 350cc gets you to a small D depends on your existing breast width and tissue, not just the implant number. As a rough rule, about 150-200cc of added volume shifts you roughly one cup size, but that estimate gets less reliable as the breast gets larger, since your own tissue is already contributing volume.
When a lift is combined with implant revision, your surgeon is really adjusting three variables: the skin envelope (via the lift), the implant volume, and the implant profile (moderate plus vs. high profile changes projection and how full the upper pole looks, independent of volume).
Cup size itself is a moving target. Bra manufacturers are inconsistent, so a C in one brand can fit like a D in another. That's why we talk in cc's and base plate width rather than letters. An exam with measurements of your chest wall and current tissue would let your surgeon give you a much more precise answer than volume alone can.
Clinical Context
