Do the Breast Injections Work and Where Can It Be Purchased?

If by “breast injections” you mean injections or fillers intended to increase breast size, I would be very cautious. There are products marketed online and at some clinics as alternatives to breast implants, but the FDA has not approved injectable fillers or injectable silicone for breast augmentation. The FDA specifically warns against injecting fillers into the breasts because of potentially serious complications, including infection, permanent scarring, disfigurement, and even death.

Clinical Context

Breast fillers and injectable silicone haven't been studied in controlled clinical trials for use in breast tissue, so there's no reliable data on long-term safety. Reported problems include lumps, hardening, infection, and movement of the material into surrounding tissue. Unlike an implant, injected material generally can't be removed if complications occur. This is why the FDA advises against using fillers or silicone for breast enlargement.
