Is the spread of Dysport normal?
Typically I would advise you to wait the full 2 weeks to allow maximal results to be visible but you most likely will need to follow up with your injector for a few additional units as it appears that you have a "spock brow" setting in (the lateral/outer parts of your brow are hyperactive).Spock brow usually does not resolve on its own but is an easy fix with 1U per side to soften the lateral frontalis fibers.
Clinical Context
Botulinum toxin doesn't always spread evenly through every muscle fiber, so some areas can remain slightly more active than others after treatment. When the outer brow stays lifted while the rest of the forehead relaxes, it's usually just uneven muscle response, not a sign the treatment failed. This is corrected with a small touch-up dose in the affected area rather than retreating the whole forehead, and results from the touch-up are usually visible within a few days.
