There really isn't a great solution for facial scars from acne or chicken pox. Laser, dermabrasion, injectable fillers and excision have all been tried with limited results. Be sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist.

Scar treatment results depend largely on how deep and tethered the scarring is, not just which method is chosen.
