14 days post Restylane. How does it look?

The results look great so far. As you have mentioned, there is still some swelling and a resolving bruise on the left side. I would wait for the swelling and bruising to completely resolve before considering additional filler. It's a good idea to follow up with your injector to discuss any additional concerns you may have.

Clinical Context

Hyaluronic acid filler continues to settle for several weeks after injection as swelling goes down and the gel integrates with surrounding tissue. Bruising fades gradually as the body reabsorbs blood under the skin, and one side often clears before the other. Because swelling and bruising can each distort how volume and symmetry look, it's best to wait until both fully resolve before judging the final result or considering additional filler.
