Angry inner brow after botox - Any advice?

Some additional units in the frown area may help to relax the glabella complex further in an attempt to raise the inner brows. If you wish to wait it out, the botox will continue to soften and wear of over 3-4 months so you should see more improvement in the heaviness with time.

Clinical Context

Eyebrow height depends on a balance between the frontalis muscle, which lifts, and the corrugator and procerus muscles, which pull the brows down and inward. After Botox, this balance can shift unevenly for a week or two while the toxin fully takes effect, sometimes making the inner brow look heavier or lower than expected. This usually settles on its own. If heaviness persists past a few weeks, it's worth discussing with your injector at a follow-up visit.
