I recommend allowing 14 days for Botox to have it's maximal effect. You may continue to notice some improvement. Treatment of the lower eyelid is considered off-label use and typically only 1-2 units are used.
Clinical Context
Botulinum toxin works by blocking the signal between nerve and muscle, which takes about one to two weeks to fully develop as the toxin binds and takes effect at the nerve ending. The under-eye area is treated with very small doses, so changes are subtle and may take the full two weeks to become noticeable. This timeline is the same reason forehead or brow treatments are also given about two weeks before assessing final results.
