How Many Units to Botox Crow's Feet?

In my practice, we typically use 9-15 units depending on the depth of the wrinkles we're trying to correct. We've had very good success with these dosages. The treatments are always administered by RNs or PA-Cs overseen by board-certified plastic surgeons and we keep careful track of the dosages given our patients.

Clinical Context

Right after treatment, crow's feet often look unchanged, and that's expected. Softening usually begins around day three to five as the orbicularis oculi muscle gradually weakens, with the fuller effect settling in by the two-week mark. That's the point where you and your injector can judge whether the unit count was right for you. Results generally hold for three to four months, fading gradually as muscle movement returns rather than disappearing all at once.
