I'm not to sure if this is loose skin or stubborn fat ? Do I need a Tummy tuck or Liposuction?
It sounds like you have skin excess over your abdomen, stretch marks and what appears to be separation of your abdominal wall muscles (all of which are common after childbirth). Lipo is good for contour improvements but does not make significant changes in the things I 've mentioned above. You're probably a better candidate for a tummy tuck for the largest cosmetic improvement.
Clinical Context
A single photo can't always separate skin laxity, fat, and muscle separation, since posture and lighting can hide or exaggerate each one. In person, your surgeon checks skin quality by hand, looks for a bulge along the midline when you tighten your abdominal muscles, and measures the space between the rectus muscles. That hands-on exam, not the photo alone, is what determines whether liposuction, a tummy tuck, or a combination best fits your body.
