I normally recommend 1 syringe per side to begin with (this can vary based on facial asymmetries - one side may need more than the other). This amount still usually gives a noticeable yet natural result. You can always add more if needed. It may differ if you were seen in person. It is best to let your injector know what your goals are and have them assess you during a consultation to determine what is right for your needs.

How much you need depends on your bone structure, skin thickness, and how much volume has been lost — details an injector can only judge by examining and gently pressing on your skin in person. A photo can show hollowing or asymmetry, but it can't show how your tissue responds to pressure, which is part of what determines how much filler is needed and how it will settle once placed.
