Why is there a bump on my forehead in between my eyebrows that is kind of tender after getting Botox?

It's hard to say without seeing a photo or examining you in person but likely it is a small bruise from your treatment. It's possible the needle hit a blood vessel and resulted in a bruise. It should resolve on its own in a few days without any lasting effects.

Clinical Context

The area between the brows is thin skin overlying a dense mesh of small vessels that feed the corrugator and procerus muscles—the same muscles Botox targets to soften frown lines. A fine needle passed through this tissue can nick one of these vessels even with careful technique, since their exact position varies from person to person and isn't visible from the surface. The bump you're feeling is blood pooling under the skin, not the neurotoxin itself, which is why tenderness can show up even when the injection felt routine at the time.
