Would a jaw reduction or Botox make my square face more feminine?

A non-invasive procedure like botox to the masseters can be highly effective after two treatment rounds, 3 months apart, and it does require maintenance. I would also recommend subtle cheek filler to provide a more heart-shaped, feminine facial shape. Jaw reduction surgery is not reversible and should be carefully considered.

Clinical Context

A square jawline can come from bone width or from bulky masseter muscle, and telling these apart determines treatment. Botox relaxes the masseter, letting it gradually shrink over a few months for a softer lower face. This effect is temporary and needs repeat treatment to maintain. If the width is mainly bony, muscle relaxation alone won't change the shape, and surgical reduction becomes the more realistic option, though it's a permanent, harder-to-reverse decision.
