Would Botox be enough for my concerns: between my brows, laugh lines, smoker lines, and smile lines?

Botox is helpful for dynamic wrinkles. These are wrinkles that deepen with underlying muscle movement. It will help to soften the lines around your eyes and between your eyebrows. Botox can also be used to soften smoker's lines but a combination treatment with fillers is often most appropriate as the personal region tends to have volume, bone, and structural changes over time. Laugh lines (nasolabial folds) are best treated with fillers, either directly or indirectly with mid face volume restoration. Make sure to see an experienced, board-certified provider!

Clinical Context

Botox and filler carry different risks. Botox side effects, like a heavy eyelid or slightly uneven brow, are temporary and fade within weeks as it wears off. Filler placed near the nasolabial folds or mouth requires careful injection technique because major facial blood vessels run through those areas. Many patients get both treatments in one visit, but your provider still evaluates each separately, since Botox affects muscle movement while filler affects volume and contour, and each has its own healing timeline.
