It is almost impossible to determine the results after 5 days. It is common to have some swelling and that can lead to unevenness. Typically these things go away after time. Some asymmetry is common in the first days after a BBL. Swelling, bruising, and fluid don't always resolve evenly on both sides, and compression garments can shift and put more pressure on one area.
