Am I more suited for Kybella or CoolSculpting?

It is difficult to make a recommendation without an in person evaluation. Generally speaking, coolsculpting is best suited for debulking volume and Kybella for smaller areas of volume. Since it appears you have a very small amount of fat at the submentum, Kybella may be better suited for you. Please see a board-certified clinician for your assessment.

Clinical Context

Kybella and CoolSculpting break down fat differently. Kybella is an injectable acid that dissolves fat cell membranes directly at the injection site, so results build gradually over weeks. CoolSculpting cools tissue from outside the skin to damage fat cells, which the body clears over following months. Because Kybella is injected precisely, it suits small, defined areas like under the chin. CoolSculpting's applicators work best on broader areas with enough tissue to treat evenly.
