The upper lip looks very nice- good definition and volume. The lower lip could use some more symmetry in the vermilion border.
Clinical Context
Swelling after lip filler can temporarily exaggerate unevenness, so photos taken soon after treatment don't always show the final result. Swelling generally improves over the following days. If an irregularity in the lip border is still visible once swelling has settled, it's more likely related to filler placement or natural lip shape than to residual swelling.
