This is a great question. The answer is maybe but probably not. The only way this would work is if your sister is an identical twin. Clinical Context
A standard BBL moves fat from one part of your body to another, so your immune system doesn't react to it. Fat from another person, even a sibling, contains that person's genetic markers, and your body will recognize it as foreign tissue and attack it over time. Identical twins share the same genetic code, which is why fat transfer between them can work without rejection. Full siblings, even close ones, don't share enough genetic material for this to be reliable.
