Can you use 1 single syringe of Juvederm for both face and lips?

It's difficult to say without photos to assess your face. Generally speaking, half a syringe of Juvederm is not much volume and will give a very subtle enhancement. Most patients will require 1ml of filler but you can always start with 0.5ml. This is something that your injector should be able to do after a thorough evaluation of your facial proportions to make sure you are a good candidate. Lastly, there are many types of Juvederm fillers. Please discuss with your injector whether the product that is being used for your scars is also suitable for the delicate lip tissue.

Clinical Context

Juvederm comes in several formulations designed for different areas—some for deeper structure or scars, others softer and more suited to the lips' constant movement. Splitting one syringe between two areas is a separate question from whether that specific product is right for both. Your injector can help determine the right formula and how to divide volume based on your anatomy and goals, since using the wrong product in a delicate area can affect results.
