Had Juvederm under tear trough for first time and it is pretty bad. How can I get rid of it without dissolving it?
As others have mentioned, Juvederm is not the best product choice for this area due to it's hydrophilic properties and the thin skin at the tear trough. I understand your concern regarding medication interactions. Typically hyaluronidase is injected locally into the tissues for dissolution of filler (not IV and not with IV dopamine) so likely you will be fine but make sure to check with your provider. You can consider manual massage to help break down the product but unfortunately this is a very slow method and, not uncommonly, improperly placed filler can last years.
Clinical Context
The tear trough area has very thin skin and little underlying fat, so filler placed there is easy to see and feel. Hyaluronic acid gel attracts water, which can make swelling look worse with dehydration, alcohol, or poor sleep. Because this skin doesn't stretch or hide material well, uneven or excess filler tends to stay noticeable rather than smooth out on its own, which is why many patients seek correction rather than waiting it out.
