Lumps and bumps can be normal immediately post injection and tend to soften up over time after swelling has subsided. If it is still present after 2 weeks, contact your injector. Sometimes gently massaging the area a few times a day can help. The filler is not permanent, so if you just wait, it will gradually get metabolized by your body. A last resort would be to use a product called hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler. Contact your injector to determine the best plan for you.
