I think my lip filler has gone wrong, how does it look to you?

It typically requires 2 weeks for all swelling to resolve after lip filler. It does seem like there is prominent asymmetry at the left upper lip but it may be exaggerated or a result of swelling. I recommend waiting 2 weeks and then following up with your injector if asymmetry persists. Fortunately, the asymmetry should be easily correctable.

Clinical Context

Swelling after lip filler is usually soft, changes slightly through the day, and evens out within about two weeks. A firm, unevenly placed lump doesn't resolve with time and usually needs the injector to smooth or dissolve it. A bluish tint under the skin can mean filler sitting too near the surface rather than swelling. If the lip turns pale, dusky, or unusually painful, that suggests reduced blood flow and needs same-day evaluation, not a wait-and-see approach.
