Is it possible to use the same syringe for both liquid rhinoplasty and a bit of filler in forehead?
Technically yes, one syringe can be split between the two sites if there's enough product left after treating the nose, but I'd think carefully before doing it. The nose and forehead have different tissue planes and different filler needs. Nasal work uses a stiffer, higher G-prime filler placed carefully along the dorsum to camouflage bumps or lift the tip, while forehead volume typically calls for a softer product placed more superficially or at a deeper subgaleal plane depending on the concern. Both areas also sit near vessels prone to occlusion, so whoever is injecting needs a solid grasp of facial vascular anatomy in both zones, not just one. Using a single syringe for both isn't unsafe by itself, but it means compromising on the ideal filler characteristics for one of the two areas.
