Latisse with Micro Pigmentation or Permanent Eyeliner?
You can use Latisse with permanent eyeliner. It will not change the color of the eyeliner. You should be careful with any new invasive procedures to your eyelids or lashes while using Latisse however.
Clinical Context
Permanent eyeliner uses tattoo pigment placed in the skin's dermis along the lash line; it doesn't affect how lashes grow. Latisse (bimatoprost) works differently: it extends the growth phase of existing lashes and does not affect pigment. Because they act on separate things, most people can use both. The main reason for caution is that any needle-based procedure near the eyelid carries its own risks, so it's worth discussing timing of new lid procedures with your provider.
